Help in ID

Hi, can anyone help in identifying this fungus, which I am calling "The Ugly Duckling". I saw it first growing amongst a ring of very pretty, but unidentified, pinkish fungi, along with Beechwood Sickener, a "Red Cracked Bolete" (?!) and a grey fungi. I thought it might be a Helvella sp. But no, it slowly morphed...into the pretty pinkey-fawn one! But what are they?? See attachments, 2 per post.
